Introduction The United Kingdom is a society with the good government system, structure and laws policing as well as keeping the populace safe. This established system and structures contribute to making the United Kingdom a safe place to stay. The latest figures from the Crime Survey for England and Wales (CSEW) show that there were an estimated 8.5 million incidents of crime against households and resident adults (aged 16 and over) in England and Wales for the year ending June 2013 (ONS). This represents a 7% decrease compared with the previous yearââ¬â¢s survey. Though the rate of crime seems to decrease recent concerns about the rate of reoffending seems to be in main stream of discussions today (ONS). Hence we could conclude cognitive training which determine the behavior of a child is a major r esponsibility of a parent the nucleus of a community. Also such behavior could lead to crime and other vices which make the community less safe. Restorative Justice The Restorative justice is a system of justice where the Victim, offender and their community are all involved. T Marshall describes it as a process whereby all parties with a stake in a particular wrongdoing or offence come together to collectively resolve and deal with the offence and its future implications (Marshall 1999). It is a victim centered justice system where the victim plays a part in the outcome of the decision. The main objective of restorative justice includes holding offenders accountable, promote victims voice, teach offenders consequences of their acts and strengthen social bonds.
